Why we built Locus AI Agents
We kept seeing the same pattern: teams wanted to use large language models for real, repeatable work — document processing, code review, data extraction — but were blocked by three things: infrastructure complexity, security concerns, and lack of auditability.
Existing solutions either required managing your own LLM infrastructure or sent your data to third-party services with opaque retention policies. Neither was acceptable for the enterprises we work with.
So we built Locus AI Agents: a serverless, AWS-native execution engine where agents are configuration, not code. Every job is auditable. Every API key stays in Secrets Manager. Every tenant's data is isolated by construction.
